INDONESIA E-VISA AGENCY
Getidnvisa.com is a commercial website of PT. SINERGI INTEGRASI PERKASA INDONESIA Visa Agency Company. It is not an Official Website of the Indonesian Immigration or Government. GetIDNVisa has the legal right in Indonesia to do Visa Agency Business. Application is processed by us directly to the Indonesian Immigration, and we forward their decision to you.
PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for the Indonesian visa application shown on our website is only an approximate time based on our experience and the Immigration Office statement. The processing time is counted in working days (Weekends and public holidays would not be counted as estimation days). The estimated processing time will be counted in the day or 1 working day after complete documents are received and payment is completely available in our account. GetIDNVisa will not be responsible for any delays due to delays in processing. No fee will be refunded due to delays such as system errors, riots, political crises, etc., in services provided by Indonesian Immigration. No fee will be refunded if there is a border closure that happens suddenly for a Specific Nation
OUR refund policy
If your visa application has been submitted to the Immigration Visa Section & made a Levy payment has been made to the Bank, we cannot cancel the process and cannot provide a refund. But if you cancel your Visa Application before we submit it to the Immigration Visa Section, we can provide a refund, and there will be a 10% Administration fee. We will only transfer the refund to the Bank Account that has been transferred to us
MISUSE & VIOLATING RULES
Any problems that come to the foreigner, such as overstays, law cases, etc., that happen due to misuse of a visa or violating the rules, are not part of our responsibility; we only help with the visa application & give sponsorship to someone who wants to go to Indonesia by Indonesian Immigration Rules.
VISA APPROVAL VALIDITY
After your e-Visa has been issued by the Indonesian Immigration Authority, you must enter Indonesia within 90 days from the date e-Visa approval is issued; otherwise, your visa will no longer be valid/obsolete
